DMHAS supports people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, intersex (LGBTQIA+) and their allies. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive environment throughout the DMHAS continuum of care, as well as in our contracted behavioral health and recovery agencies.
By inspiring and engaging individuals and communities, the Human Rights Campaign strives to end discrimination against LGBTQ+ people and realize a world that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all. HRC envisions a world where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people plus community members who use different language to describe identity are ensured equality and embraced as full members of society at home, at work and in every community.
COLAGE unites people with one or more lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and/or asexual parent into a network of peers and supports them as they nurture and empower each other to be skilled, self-confident, and just leaders in our collective communities.
Drug Rehab USA understands the struggles faced by individuals dealing with substance use issues, as well as their loved ones and colleagues. They recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to dealing with alcohol, prescription or illegal drugs, or other substances, and we strive to provide clear and concise information to help individuals at any stage of recovery.
