Room Reservations

The Ridgefield Library has a wide variety of flexible spaces for meetings, collaborative work, group study, and more. There are several private rooms available for these purposes, which can be reserved in advance. Rooms for small groups are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.


Study Rooms

The Library has several Study Rooms located on the Main and Upper levels that can accommodate 4-6 people.

Board Room

The Library has one reservable board room located on the Upper level that can accommodate between 10-12 people.

Program Rooms

The Library has several larger program rooms located on the Lower level that can accommodate between 20-230 people.

Drop-In Study Rooms

  • This room is intended for children and their caregivers
  • Guaranteed one hour for children and caregivers
  • Because priority goes to children, adult and teen drop-ins are not guaranteed a full hour if needed by priority group
  • No fee

  • Fits a max of six people
  • One hour guaranteed
  • Limit one session per person/group per day
  • No fee

  • Fits a max of four people
  • One hour guaranteed
  • Limit one session per person/group per day
  • No fee

  • Free for drop-ins
  • Free for non-profit groups
  • $10 per hour for business or tutoring in Study Rooms
  • $20 per hour for business or tutoring in Randolph Board Room
